RT-Fusion data assets are delivered under standard internal R&D and validation licenses. Redistribution of delivered assets, anonymised or raw, is strictly prohibited. For bespoke collection deployments, exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) buyouts and complete data handoffs are available under separate Enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSA).
Raw, unanonymised delivery (faces and licence plates included) is the default, to preserve full pixel fidelity for perception training. Face and licence-plate blurring (EgoBlur-based) is available as a paid add-on. Raw delivery is made under a signed data-sharing agreement that fixes each party's GDPR role: RT-Fusion is responsible for lawful collection and secure transfer; from receipt, the Client acts as an independent controller for its own use of the data and is responsible for anonymising it before model training or any further use.
For engagements where RT-Fusion operates as a subcontractor to a data platform or intermediary, the controller/processor allocation is governed by that platform's Data Processing Agreement.
RT-Fusion provides verifiable chain-of-custody and collection-methodology documentation for all sensor deployments.
Data is provided "as is". RT-Fusion is not liable for downstream model behavior. This data is intended for model training, stress-testing and edge-case validation, not as the sole source of safety certification.
